CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it—life is busy, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. While we don’t charge for the occasional last-minute change, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a 50% fee for the service booked. This helps us protect our time and make room for clients on our waitlist. We truly appreciate your understanding and support—it means everything to small businesses like ours!
